‘I would like to say what a great job Doug did at Palma Sereno. He is a true professional – and there is nothing he doesn’t know about termites and pests; such an interesting person to talk to. We have had great feedback from tenants and owners. Two owners are particularly appreciative that Doug, whilst doing the termite inspection, was able to alert them to water damage that they were unaware off. These water issues could become quite serious in the future if left undiscovered. Probably close to 50 out of 64 units took up the offer. Many of these were ambivalent residents who were “converted” by Doug on the day! I was impressed with, and appreciated, the spreadsheets provided by Susanne and Jenny with an individual slot time for each unit.
